Bring your family and join us for this old tradition…the making of Swedish Sausage(korv)..perfect for your Jul Bord (Christmas Smorgasbord)! We will offer 2 recipes for you to make.
We provide tasting samples, recipes, ingredients, latex gloves, disposable aprons, hairnets, plastic bags and cooking instructions.
PLEASE bring a cooler for transporting your sausage home.
Cost:$15.00 per 2 pounds of sausage (korv)
(Any number of people can work together on the 2 pounds, OR, each person can make 2 pounds)
20 pounds of sausage will be produced each work time.
