Bring your family and join us for this old tradition…the making of Swedish Sausage (korv)..perfect for your Jul Bord (Christmas Smorgasbord)! You will make 2 different tested Korv recipes to take home. Lunch and Laughs included!!!

We provide tasting samples, recipes, ingredients, latex gloves, disposable aprons, hairnets, plastic bags and cooking instructions.
PLEASE bring a cooler for transporting your sausage home.
