Story Hour at Gammelgården
A weekly story-time for children ages 3-9
every week during the summer!
Summer reading time! Join us each Wednesday from June 15 to August 24 for a story hour with a special game, craft, finger play and a Special Guest Reader, compliments of Gammelgården Museum. We will meet in the Gathering Area of the The Välkommen Hus each Wednesday. All are welcome and there is Free Parking right outside. You will receive a Passport that will be stamped each Wednesday you attend. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy our playground and outdoor picnic area afterwards!
For more information,
- Children ages 3-5 will have story hour from 10:30 to 11:00
- Children ages kindergarten to third grade will have story hour from 11:15 to 12:00
- Book selections will be selected to include a variety of topics, be strong literary works for children and be age appropriate and entertaining!
- Meet in the gathering area inside of the The Välkommen Hus
- Special Guest readers each week. Keep checking the website for a schedule of guests and book choices
